Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to our Affiliate Program! These Terms of Service (“TOS”) set forth the guidelines and obligations for all affiliates who participate in our program. By joining as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a country where affiliate marketing is permitted. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promotion: Affiliates agree to use only approved marketing materials provided by us, including banners, links, and text ads.
  • Ethical Conduct: Affiliates must not engage in spam, misleading ads, or fraudulent activities to generate referrals.
  • Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for adhering to all local, state, and federal advertising regulations and policies.

3. Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a commission based on each successful sale generated through their unique referral link.
  • Payouts: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to reaching a minimum payout threshold of [Insert Amount]. Payments are processed within [X] days of the close of the month.
  • Adjustments: Any refunds or chargebacks on referred sales will result in a reversal of the commission on that sale.

4. Affiliate Link Usage

5. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use the company’s logos, trademarks, and promotional materials only as authorized in the program. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that breaches these TOS. Affiliates may also request to leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

7. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from participation in our affiliate program, including lost profits or direct or indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Botswana.
